What's a credit?

Credits are how Ckvens meters real AI work — drafting a document, running an analysis, processing case files. You're never charged for reading or editing your own case. Every plan runs the same top model; plans differ only in how many credits you get each month.

Is the Free plan actually usable?

Yes. Free includes 250 credits a month and the full AI core — enough to take a real case through First Take and build a complete timeline. It's the same product as Pro, just a smaller monthly allowance.

What happens if I run out of credits?

On Pro and Max you can buy extra credit packs anytime, and optional auto top-up keeps you from running dry mid-case. Purchased credits carry over month to month. Free is a fixed monthly allowance with no top-ups.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Move between Free, Pro, and Max as your caseload changes. If you ever downgrade, any extra credits you've purchased stay with you — you paid for them.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise is for firms that need SSO, an admin console, central billing, and pooled credits across seats, on agreed terms. Talk to us and we'll tailor the allocation to your firm.

Is my client data secure?

Yes. Everything is encrypted, EU-hosted on Microsoft Azure, and GDPR-compliant, with every operative claim traceable to its source. See the Security page for the full detail.
