What's a credit?
Credits are how Ckvens meters real AI work — drafting a document, running an analysis, processing case files. You're never charged for reading or editing your own case. Every plan runs the same top model; plans differ only in how many credits you get each month.
Is the Free plan actually usable?
Yes. Free includes 250 credits a month and the full AI core — enough to take a real case through First Take and build a complete timeline. It's the same product as Pro, just a smaller monthly allowance.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On Pro you can buy extra credit packs anytime, and optional auto top-up keeps you from running dry mid-case. Purchased credits carry over month to month. Free is a fixed monthly allowance with no top-ups.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Move from Free to Pro the moment your caseload needs it. If you ever downgrade, any extra credits you've purchased stay with you — you paid for them.
What does Enterprise add?
